Job Summary
Key Accountabilities
· Design and develop instrumentation and control systems.
· Calibrate and maintain instruments for optimal performance
· Oversee installation and commissioning of instrumentation equipment
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues with instrumentation and control systems for various Test Equipment, Rig and Engine Tests
· Collaborate with other engineering teams to integrate control systems
· Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards in instrumentation
· Implement software for instrumentation control
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instrumentation & Controls Engineering or a closely related field.
· 2+ years of industry experience in advanced instrumentation and control systems for Gas Turbine or closely related fields.
· Provide input and guidance to CAD Designers in developing instrumentation drawings and integration with Engine.
· Hands-on experience on handling sensors, installation & routing of sensors and Data Acquisition System
· Proficiency with instrumentation software and tools
· Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-functional team.
· Be adept at handling ambiguity and making data-driven recommendations.
· Exhibit the capacity to communicate complex technical ideas and information concisely and logically across a wide range of topics.
· Think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
